Description

Frantoio San Domenico Bio

Based in Turi, in the heart of Puglia, Frantoio San Domenico Bio tells a story shaped by land, time, and deep respect for nature. Its production extends across more than 200 hectares of olive groves between Sannicandro di Bari and Palo del Colle, in an area historically devoted to olive growing and closely connected to Apulia’s olive-oil tradition.

Here, agricultural knowledge passed down through generations meets modern technology and sustainable practices, giving life to an authentic, high-quality organic extra virgin olive oil. From the careful tending of the olive trees to harvesting and cold pressing, every stage of the production chain is meticulously overseen to preserve aromas, flavours, and the identity of the land.

Alongside production, San Domenico Bio welcomes visitors by offering oleotourism experiences that allow guests to explore the olive mill, learn about the production process, and taste the oils in an informed and engaging way. A direct encounter with one of the area’s agricultural excellences, where olive oil becomes storytelling, culture, and living memory of Puglia.
